Garlic Lemon Butter Mahi-Mahi

The ingredient measurements below are estimates. You can flavor to your taste.

  • 3 pieces of Mahi-Mahi
  • Tablespoon of fresh garlic minced
  • Half stick of butter
  • One fresh lemon squeezed 
This delicious Mahi Mahi recipe, I learned from my grandfather. Preparing this recipe I prefer to use a cast-iron skillet but any skillet is fine.

  1. Preheat the skillet at a low temperature, after it’s heated add some butter.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add fresh minced garlic cloves. I never measure anything so as much garlic as you like. Cook the garlic for about a minute.
  3. Add your fish. Sprinkle some fresh lemon juice on the fish, cook for 5-7 minutes and flip. Add some more lemon juice, you may add more butter if you’d like and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
